HUDA invites application for Freehold Plots at Karnal, Haryana

HUDA Haryana invites application for freehold plots at Karnal, Haryana at Sector 32 ( Part) and Sector 33 (Part). The plot booking is open from 12-March-2014 to 28-April-2014 and application brochure is available from HUDA office or designated bank branch for 500 Rs.

There are total of 354 plots for allotment in sector 32 (part) and total of 781 plots for sector 33 (part). The allotment will be done thru draw to be held about 6 months from scheme closing date. The earnst money is 10% of total cost. The allotment rate varies from 13770 to 16300 depending on sector and plot area you apply for.

The forms can be obtained from SBI, PNB,ICICI, HDFC, Union Bank of India, State bank of patiala, OBC branches.

In case of application filed online, there is no brouchre fee to be paid to HUDA and you need to pay earnest money only.
