  • Booking Amount (3-BHK): Rs. 10,00,000.
  • Booking Amount (2-BHK): Rs. 4,00,000.
  • Booking Amount (1-BHK): Rs. 50,000.
  • One-Time Maintenance (3-BHK): Rs. 2,50,000.
